We would love to know who's handiwork we have on display here in our Showroom... I was so chuffed to find them in our local op-shop - spotted the muted colours and knew they would sit perfectly with our buttery 'Country Road' cabinetry. David, from Jenrick House in Great Western, reframed them so beautifully and now they sit proud again.Maybe it was the flood of nostalgia they gave me. Let's talk Integrated Fridges. Back in England, I grew up with an Integrated Fridge - friend's houses, family houses, they were popular everywhere. Apparently, it was the shift to minimalist kitchens and open-plan living in the late 90s, early 2000s that started the demand.So why the delay in Australia?
Maybe it’s the fact Australian homes often have larger kitchen spaces. Maybe we haven’t felt the same need to “hide” appliances. Whatever the reason, I'm excited to see Integrated Fridges finally getting the love they deserve down-under!At Saltwood, we’re all about clean lines and seamless design. 1. Frame the formwork
2. Place the steel reo
3. Blend the aggregate/pebble mix
4. Pour & set the concrete
5. Grind & finish (Made easy with a friendly stonemason next door - thanks Andrew Cray from Cray Bros Memorials! 🤗)
