Change of Mind

We hope you’re loving your purchase – maybe even telling Great Aunt Susie all about it.  But if you’re second-guessing, we don’t want any funny feelings in your stomach.  We will accept returns on standard stocked items within 14 days for a full shop credit – as long as they’re in original, resellable condition.  Returns after 14 days or for items not in original condition will not be accepted (Well, we are human… if it happens to be 16 days, we reserve the right to make case-by-case exceptions!)  Please include proof of purchase with all returns.

Excluded items: Custom orders, sale pieces, and discontinued products.

 

Wrong or Faulty Item

Oh no – we’re sorry.  If something’s arrived damaged, incorrect, or not quite right, here’s what to do:


  • Take a photo of the item.  Please include the Saltwood label.
  • Email info@saltwoodbuild.com.au with your full name, order number, photos, and a quick note about what’s missing or incorrect. 
  • Our team will aim to respond within 24-72 hours. (Noting we are online Monday – Thursday, 9am – 3pm.)
  • Please keep the item and packaging in original condition for collection. 


We’ll sort it out with a replacement, repair, or refund – whatever’s needed. 


Return Postage

To arrange a return, just email us at info@saltwoodbuild.com.au  Return postage is the responsibility of the customer – unless the item is faulty, of course.
