Your AUS-ION pan comes naturally seasoned with pure rice bran oil—no synthetic coatings here! Surface variations are completely normal, even when your pan first arrives! Don’t worry—this won’t affect performance. With every cook, your pan’s seasoning will evolve, creating a surface that’s uniquely yours!
After each use, rinse with warm water, dry thoroughly, and apply a light coat of oil. No soap needed. Store in a dry place.
